Excellent. Now even with a wash out tomorrow, we have got enough time to grab a win.

At this rate we could be level with them at the close.

That's a very rare drop by Billings.

Edit: Cox is keeper. Maybe Billings should be based on that.

We've put ourselves in such a strong position that even if tomorrow is washed out we can bat really aggressively on Saturday - bat until 110 overs or until we get max batting points then declare.

On the live stream, there are several people in white running out towards the square. This is either formation dancing, or they're about to start for the day.

In an ideal world I'd have preferred not to have this hour session. It comes with the risk of losing a clutter of wickets.

But on the plus side, it will mean that if we do manage to bat through to 110 overs (at which point we'll presumably declare), there will still be a very decent amount of time left tomorrow evening to get a good bowl at them.

Going off for bad light was so predictable.

Tomorrow should be a good batting day. There are 79 overs left for bonus points. 347 runs for max batting points means we need to go at 4.4 an over which we were doing yesterday. That will still leave around 25 overs to bowl at Kent (there will be more than 96 overs tomorrow to make up some lost overs). Unless Hants collapse in truly horrific style, we will have plenty of time to build a big lead and take 10 Kent wickets.
