Congratulations on making the playoffs <cracker><cracker><bubbly><bubbly>

We were well in contention for the L1 play offs again this season when GA left us and helped save QPR from relegation. At that point our wheels fell off......................................... and kept rolling <laugh>

Very best wishes in the play offs. I, and I'm sure many other Wycombe fans, will be cheering for you. Hope you make it to the Premier. It would be well deserved

    ****ing Brilliant

    Cheers <cheers>
Our 3-0 Drubbing of QPR didn't help you then, they sacked Neil Critchley after that game.
But surely you can do better than Gareth Ainsworth
    Good luck next season.

I'm not so sure about that RTB. He had an amazing rapport with his players and got the best out of them. I'm sure we would have made the play offs if he had stayed. I think our new manager is a good choice (Mr Wycombe) but he will need time as it is the start of his management career; just like it was for GA when appointed. Although "Blooms" did start his career at Colchester mid way through last season but couldn't resist coming back to Wycombe when GA left

I've had a look at the play offs, past results and current form, and I reckon you can do this

I would love to meet the lady who gave me a hug after the match at Wembley last season. She was so overcome (by the victory obviously <laugh>), I can imagine how she must feel now; and if you win at Wembley, well ................................... My daughter and I became massive Sunderland fans on that day and it's a shame we won't be able to come over this year to see you get promoted (due to new arrival). But we will be watching on TV <cheers>

At a B&B on Barra Outer Hebrides and four of the other guests are Hammers and Wycombe fans.
Had a right good natter about all things football then they spoilt it as we left for bed saying Luton we’re nailed on to win the playoffs….we’ll see

You have played Luton twice in the League this season, both drawn; and in both games you had more possession, more shots and more shots on target. You came from behind in both games and could have grabbed all 6 points. How can they be nailed on? If your lads go on that pitch with passion from the kick off, which I am sure they will, your fans will be the deciding factor and it's May 27th against ......................................................;; who cares <cheers>

Sometimes I've come away from matches with a really bad impression of the opposition team, fans or both.

However, GA and the Wycombe fans really won me over at Wembley. You were so gracious in defeat when it would have been so easy to have been otherwise.

At the end of the day this is a tremendous victory for football.

I was there the next day to watch the FA Trophy final and the Bromley fans afterwards made such a bad atmosphere going back down Olympic Way that I'm amazed there weren't loads of scuffles.
