Hunt was right about the gym as well, don't think that has changed much at Cott.

He’s so gross and weird in addition to being a ****. One of his teammates from Wigan told a story about when Bullard and a few of his teammates were in a hotel room watching a film and Bullard got bored and just started having a **** in front of them.

I am chagrined to admit that one of the reasons I am a Hull City fan is because of Bullard. The Premier League was getting wider exposure in the USA and my curiosity was piqued enough to watch a televised match, which happened to be the match where Geovanni scored in a win against Arsenal. Thus Hull City became one of a handful of clubs I loosely followed, and picking up Altidore was a big plus. I also developed a dislike for several clubs, including ManCity. When Bullard followed up his score with the finger--pointing act I was hooked. I'd already developed a liking for other players like Hunt, Dawson, Ashbee, Geovanni, and Myhill (because he was born in the USA).

My lad works in London, his boss grew up with Bullard and he still associates with him.

When I advised his gaffer to keep that quiet if he was ever up in Hull because he’s not very well thought of his reply amused me.

‘Jimmy? , not surprised one bit mate, he’s an absolute ****.’

Rob Koren had the same opinion of him as well.

As for Ash? Met him quite a few times and he’s a top bloke.

I have seen Justin a few times on his round. He really is a top fella. Definitely is in my hull city hall of fame for what he did on the pitch and the nice bloke he is off it
