Firstly, many apologies for the delay in updating this final table - I broke my wrist playing football on astroturf with my teenage sons a week ago Monday. I do things a lot, lot slower with a plaster cast on! Handy tip - don't go slide tackling teenagers on astroturf when you're 55 years old, it never ends well!
