Morning all. So whatever happens tonight we'll be 17th by 10pm and only out of the relegation places on GD. Just thought I'd cheer everyone up
You git Ristac pointing me to that, i have gone from a angry/fuming about our club,to a blubbering wreck,
Yep those were the good old days before covid. Now the coach drops them off and all the players, staff etc enter the ground without any fan being able to see or touch them. After the game it seems the players can't wait to get away and half an hour after the final whistle they're in their cars and out of there. To be fair usually a few of them stop to sign a few autographs and have a couple of selfies but it's nowhere near enough.
Palace players must be immune to covid so. They were able to do the selfie and autograph thing with our fans
Ese came straight over because he thought they were chanting his name but they were chanting easy easy easy instead.
Agree on Gracia if the permanent appointment is ready to join, I’m wondering if the mystery tweet from Radz means Javi is gone tomorrow. Let the new guy have a look at the players competitively and decide who they want. Players aren’t going to put it in for a coach they know won’t be here next season. Another ****ed up appointment by our DOF.
Think you keep missing the point. Protocols were put in place and a lot of young people changed their behaviour which means walking around with you hoodie up, looking at the ground and wearing headphones is now seen as acceptable by senior management. Back in the day it was club suits and ties and everyone on their best behaviour as you were representing the club. Now this has happened we'll see action taken but those of us that attend, like your good self could have told them ages ago about the disconnect which has been happening. Put simply it's a disposition which has been allowed to come to pass due to covid allowing a drop in standards which previous generations knew were unacceptable.
Read another likely possibility this morning, he was telling Rodrigo to "get yourself off" rather than stand there and take abuse
As Hemase said earlier, I don't think Ayling is the type to say **** em about the fans. Didn't he issue some form of apology last night, about the recent performances, can't remember where I read it now.
https://as.com/futbol/internacional/el-leeds-united-en-llamas-soy-el-responsable-de-esta-mierda-n/ found this in the spanish press re the tweet.
I thought Ell posted it. Think it was about this not being good enough so something is going to happen after the weekend?
Regarding the players ignoring fans, I have seen Paddy Kenny slam their behaviour and now Mike Grella has asked what is going on, Absolute honor to wear the @LUFC shirt, should never be taken lightly, ever.
