Who, I might remind you, demolished Middlesex. Northants are relying on two worse teams than themselves. I think we know oñe of them!!

Would it be wrong to hope for rain everywhere, tomorrow, so that no other county gets a positive result (aka win)? Probably, but that won't stop me hoping...

You really think a win for Middlesex would hamper Hampshire's chances of winning the Championship?

I was probably spreading the net a bit wide, by suggesting that any/all other counties would be Hampshire's rivals.

If only Hampshire had Harmer to add to.their potent.pace attack, and a reliable opener although Middleton has had a good start.

Not sure if anyone is following the IPL this year but Lucknow hitting 257-5 was insane.

Some of the scores have been immense given the quality of the bowling on show. Seriously impressive so far.

I think the extra batter thanks to the impact player has helped teams get 200+ this year.

I like that Surrey sent out a couple of their bowlers to chase those 11 runs

Only 7 points between us and Surrey. That's ok.

He was yeah, which was odd. But two weeks further on, you'd presume that we wouldn't have named him again if still injured.

We've randomly named injured players before in our squad, only to then correct it next time by leaving them out if still injured.
