The form table is nice reading! A bit late.. but nice. https://www.transfermarkt.com/championship/formtabelle/wettbewerb/GB2/saison_id/2022
Just back - so in the end we won by 2 falls and a submission…. Great first half, nervy second half: echos of Wembley 12 years ago. Joey Allen’s best performance since his return - MoM. I didn’t see the start of the flare up on the touch line, but was told that Joey was complaining to the 4th official about the foul on Fulton (not given) and Joey was shoved by the PNE Manager ….
I read that the PNE manager had Joe in a headlock after Joe gave him a shove. It looked a clear foul to me. Apparently a PNE player gave Jay some verbals when he was on the floor and Joe took offence!
One further comment, Matt Grimes was - by his consistent standards - pretty poor tonight. Yet Wales Online gave him 8/10 the same as Joey Allen - staggering beyond belief
MIssed the game unfortunately but from what little I can glean from this thread it was a bit of a tale of two halves? I wonder if the good end to the season might help with recruitment and maybe keeping a player or two? One can dream!
