Yeah, good article, I enjoyed that. You may recall in my introductory post, a mention of a friend who dragged me to my first Bluebirds game. Well he now supports Swansea! I couldn't quite believe it when he told me. His justification was that he works there and over a period of several years, became indoctrinated into the way of the Jacks. I still involuntarily shake my head whenever I think about it.
I don't understand how anyone can turn their back on a team they have followed and supported. Just the thought of even watching Ipswich win makes my feel sick
korean, that's a sad, sad story Going to watch them occasionally just because you're there, I can kind of understand that but dumping your own team to start 'supporting' them plus the fact its only 45 mins down the M4??... has to be the work of evil forces. your mission is to bring him back safely from the dark side. Good luck
Great article apart from the factual inaccuracy at the end - it was 1 - 0 to Palace at their place last season. But if Whitts hadn't missed that penalty before they scored..................who knows where we might be now??????
Cardiff through and through, for as long as I can remember..........however life and circumstances took me to live in Manchester, couldn't always get home so got my "footie fix" locally; one trip to Sold Trafford was enough.........then a workmate took me to Maine Rd, it was like Ninian Park with eccles cakes.......made welcome by decent football fans and decent banter, with very little arrogance............I know exactly where this guy is coming from I LOVE CCFC, but I still have a soft spot for MCFC..............and no I'm not jumping on the bandwagon, I was the same when they (MCFC) were in the old 3rd division
