Based on majority of performances recently I think majority of them are already halfway out the door mentally. I remember an interview with Declan Rice after they lost heavily to Newcastle and he was saying that relegation was barely talked about in the dressing room and all the players are up for it, he’s been in squads with that weak mentality before but this one isn’t it etc etc. I know it’s PR bullshit but I can’t recall ever hearing any of our players talking like that about the squad mentality. Closest I can remember was after the Leicester game where we were **** and somehow won where Adams and JWP were saying that it needed to be the turning point of the season. We’ve continued being just as **** for the majority of games, only other teams dont miss 20 chances that Leicester did that day
Look on the bright side, it wasn't many seasons ago we were annually raided by Liverpool, at least the current squad have stopped the rot!!!

If we'd gone down with a fight, taken it to the wire, you could see maybe some of the players staying. But when we go down like this, jeez, even I want to jump ship.
It's so hard to remain positive after today. Relegation I can handle, doesn't bother me. But trying to support a team in which players are being played out of position, despite competent options being available, f*cking does my head in. Ralph did it, now this clown is doing it. Perraud has been one of our most consistent performers this season, so why bench him? And the spitefulness of playing Bree in the reserves, is frankly embarrassing. So who could blame either of them if they want to move on in the summer? That's two decent full back options there. Selles is just causing further damage to this club. I just want a no-thrills, back to basics, kind of manager, please. Selles is just Jones again; just better at giving interviews.
The good thing about being down this early is, I don’t have to watch any more games this season. There are no words for how bad this is. We are probably going to struggle next season too.
Not just consistent, but actually knows where the back of the net is too. This continues to be something I just can’t understand the logic of each time. Is it stubbornness each time?
