0-0 after 20 mins at Goodison and so far Everton have nothing except hopeful long balls into the box. Fulham having nice possession with Dan James ploughing a lone furrow up front.
 
Tactical switch from Dyche by moving McNeil infield and it pays almost immediate dividends.
