He's an excellent manager, but they have some excellent players, it says more about their last couple of managers that they haven't been able to get consistent performances out of this team.

Ridiculous. 2 minutes, zoomed in and still not having the perfect angle, but judged offside by millimetres. If they can't tell from the initial replay or still, just let it go.
3-0. Villa have been superb but Newcastle again just look cumbersome. They've got a lot of physical players and when they're not able to bully the opposition, they don't know wat to do. Pope is widely seen as a good keeper, but he's so slow in his movement. Most of the shots today have been close to him and if he can't save them with his feet, he can't get down anywhere near quick enough.
The Burn fanfare is weird. They're praising him as some sort of cult hero at the minute and as a defence against the argument that they're spending a fortune... but he'll be one of the first ones they upgrade to try and buy success.
i heard the mags had won 5 in a row afore this...how the hell did they manage to do that? looked far more like a bottom team than one at the top, yet they rarely have a good game when i have watched so do they still carry a lot of luck still?
