they see everything as a good thing to get clicks.

    the gaps were abominable.

just leave 3 up and you can press us to death with this stupidity.

why play a fabinho and Henderson and Jones if they are miles up the park and not getting on the ****ing ball.

the way city play is they advance first and then slot to the 325. they defend and transition to 4 at the back! we are seeing us on our own ****ing goal line with 40 yards between players trying to play out.

any error or loss of ball is a goal.

I'm surprised this hasn't been highlighted earlier.

Trent has been pushed into the cancelo was it role for City.

The difference between city and us, is that city do it very well and we do it in an amazingly half arsed fashion.

Like watching a Sunday league team trying to press, the general idea is there but the execution is laughable.

If trent comes in, robertson has to stay as part of the back four. He doesn't he loves to bomb on.

Knowing when to transition to midfield, or stock at 4 at the back. Trent just goes regardless.

The midfield, God I'm bored talking about it, but city are set up with tactical tidy, comfortable on the ball midfielders, weve got Jordan the bounce net henderson.

Once city have got the ball, you can't get it back off them, Jordan, fab, elliot can't keep it, the balls got to move forwards quickly otherwise there ****ed.

The move inside is obviously tactical and it's yet another obvious **** up that has been persisted with all season.

    lino has apparently apologised.

repeated the lie that Robertson grabbed him.

and get this. no further action will be taken

he is fine to be back reffing or line running this weekend.

Really couldn't care less. He shouldn't have reacted but what difference did it make? No benefit to us if he gets punished or not?

The attention it's got is ridiculous.

it would but they seem determined to run the line that he only reacted and pulled arm away so by their own rules they have to charge Robertson so just look like its a whitewash

from looking at the state of how he struck them mate.

Both pens i saw were really poor and rolled under the keeper. he got lucky in other words IMO.

his next one might look different but i have to go with what i saw so far.

I am going by what I saw and what i saw was pish.

Its like salah getting pens but being distinctly average but fabinho having a massive record at monaco and never being considered. I know salah is a very average taker, i don't like his technique but he will be the one taking them.

nunez is unlikely to get a sniff of a pen bar shoot outs and its unlikely he will be left on by the look of things. bobby though was i shocker on pens i hope you agree?

I agree that my choice would be Fab as for Nunez having seen his earlier pens most go in the corner which is a start .

salah's technique doesn't encourage a settled striking position and relies on keeper flopping in front of him.

the last two people have largely stood up and he's tried to find a corner and couldn't.

the calmer the player the better imo. Gerrard was **** initially but ego drove the call and he had to take bit after a couple years he was so used to it he was calm and slotted them 99% of the time.

Nothing wrong with Salah's technique. He strikes the ball cleanly and his run up remains the same; doesn't change whether he's going left, right, centre, high or low.

For some reason, he's recently decided it needs to be right in the corner with no margin for error.

Oh, and I agree... Fabinho should be on penalties (although he needs to concentrate on keeping his place in the team ATM)
