Thought MC were sublime against LFC especially in 2nd half. Near on perfect one touch control & passing all over pitch. Definitely will be interesting especially after knocking them out of cup. Ouch. I can see at least 4 goals …..

No worries. We agree to beat them, in return for beating you at the Emirates in the forthcoming match. Deal? Good stuff.

Now we're talking!! Hardly a dull match when those two were on song!! Don't remember too much sideway or backward passing then. Perhaps I need to take the rose spectacled glasses off!!!

Me too, but we should be able to defend that lead.

There was quite a lot of sideways crossing in the air, aimed at Ron or Martin or Micky!

I am happy when we get any kind of result, but find that I feel nothing when we lose. Sign perhaps that my mind has accepted the inevitable. Sad.

I'm sitting it out. Easter Saturday, **** time means I leave the house at 2ish and get back at 9:30-10pm. Waste of a good day.

I can now turn on Sky at 5:30pm, turn it off at 6pm and have a nice Saturday night :)

Once again I’m taking one for the team with my FPL picks

Chelsea win - transferred in Felix up front
Leicester win - transferred in Maddison
Man Utd draw - transferred in De Gea
    Spurs draw - Kane captain

Leeds / West Ham loss - no relevant transfers

So naturally I’m taking the maverick step of bringing in Haaland and putting him captain. Points for Saints virtually guaranteed

    You are all most welcome

They invariably got to the "dead ball line" before they would consider pulling back a cross for centre forward to power a header with the ball coming towards him. None of the fancy-dan, namby-pamby flick headers seen now. Can't remember the last time I saw a diving header!

Manchester City are shortly arriving at Southampton Airport in Boeing 737 G-NEWG, it's a tad late.

Always a goal chance with him anywhere in the box or penalty area. Just thought how much I looked forward to watching us then. Disappointment yes at times, but we didn't seem to lose anywhere near as often as home ad we have over the last few years.
