It was a bit dry. I'll cut the rest up into burger like slices and fry them in butter. Should cure the dryness.
I tried it once ****ed it up didn’t menshie on here that’s how bad it was that looks decent was it juicy?
I’ve done a few over the years and they always turned out ok, but not done one this big. Usually about the size of a small watermelon and smoked on the BBQ for a bit of extra flavour. I’ll try and find the user manual for it. [edit] https://angusandoink.com/blogs/reci...p-9lFVpj32YYw_nZW_IvpXaOD0OmDB7UaAgelEALw_wcB
Thanks for your concerns, been a bit unlucky with my health for around 3 months with several bouts of general afflictions only to contract some variation of covid. Breathing was a big problem but now through the bad stuff hopefully and can build up some strength again. Ps has Potter gone?
Yes mate, him and Poch are having an arm wrestling competition at some hotel in Leicester to see who takes over there.
Hello mate, good to know you are getting better. Although I do remember you saying something about contracting covid, I was a tad concerned it was a bit more than that when you hadn't been on much for a short while. In regards to Potter, yes he's gone mate. They are interviewing this guy, one of several candidates...
Yes quite a stressful time. Air quality here is worse than BKK during the burning season (sugar) hoping to get out for some vodkas over Sonkran in two weeks.

I had to look up Songkran, interesting, enjoy the festival. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Songkran_(Thailand)
It's pretty mad. Literally nobody, in any situation, is safe from a drenching. I saw a bloke get supersoakered and water ballooned off his bike.
