arsenal will run us off the park.

the reality is that people say we were outgunned in the middle here.

firmino dropped in. we had 4 there with 3 really senior players and a 22 year old. we got ran through due to crap shape and crap tactics that are not changing.

we got really really lucky there as one of the worst sides currently in the prem on form and goal scoring ability were in 4 times and didn't hit the target.

we managed 1 shot? second half.

really that's just poor isn't it.

it's going to be death by 1000 cuts til the seasons end with the only sliver (the merely shaving) of hope is for a few decent games at anfield cos the fans make a huge difference.

felt sorry for the brilliant away fan support yesterday. totally outsung the chaos on their own patch

Doesn't help that we keep passing behind players too so they're already facing / moving the wrong direction.

Yeah, Hendo should obviously just accept Matip and Alisson not communicating and nearly giving away a cheap goal. He definitely shouldn't be trying keeping them alert and on their toes or trying to lead the team. Disgraceful behaviour from a captain, he should be quiet as a mouse and accept ****ness with gratitude!

given he's having a go at the keeper for absolutely no ****ing reason having served up a pile of ****e himself all game and totally ignored his panicky cb who failed again to deal with a simple ball.

it would serve him better to start minute 1 and drive the side forward than take out frustrations on his goalkeeper for zero actual reason.

Hendo barking at players looks good and shows he’s a great ‘leader’ amongst men. But the reality is, it’s difficult to see anyone taking him seriously because his own performances are shockingly bad. Quite possibly one of the worst midfielders in the league

He shouted at both and Alisson reacted FFS.

The hatred for Hendo from you and Jimmy is unhealthy mate.

He didn't play well, nobody did, doesn't change how to be a captain though (whatever the style is). Your criticising him for actually doing his captain's role in the exact same way he's done for years. You weren't moaning about it when he was lifting multiple trophies!

Now is a time for peace and love and to stick together
This season is a write off - we knew it
Just needed a few at the club to see it. I think they have
We won’t get much more than two players but I think that’s all we need to get back to where we were
We will need to be lucky with injuries but Klopp has always ridden that train
Let’s see how we go next season

you can see it matters to them
They just can’t get that little bit of luck that they need atm.

No Europe next year will make the transfers tougher but that may focus us

Tbf Jimmy has never had much nice to say about Hendo. (Not being mean to Jimmy - he just never seemed to rate him and nothing wrong with that) Personally I think we are struggling to fill the void Hendo is now leaving but that’s just me
He has been immense for us
Sadly - I will always blame him for costing us the title when he got sent off against City
But I still think he has been superb for us

He's never liked him, that is true. Hence the 'hatred' comment - which was more for Jimmy than MITO TBF, MITO just hates everyone.

Not saying anymore though. Haters will hate regardless of what I or anyone else says.

Hendo clearly worked hard at his game and fitness and became a great player and captain it's just age catching up with him, he can't put in that work rate anymore and technically he's never been the best. Needs to be replaced on the pitch and as captain but keeping a club captain role.

Klopp yesterday put out a team to do a holding job as well as resting some key players for the weekend. It’s the home form that’s keeping us in the top 4/European hunt. Without it we are in trouble and out in the wilderness.
The Arsenal match is now a must win if only to keep the season alive.

There's no way we get top 4 with the way we are playing and with the way teams around us are playing. If anything we're higher than we should be with the performances we're putting out.

Agree that on current form no chance. But if the team start playing to their ultimate potential and turn their form we could have a slim chance.

Slim is right, can't see it myself we just have to get the right people in and out ready for next season. I think the out party is just as important, we haven't had the right people in the bench for too long.

it’s not hatred. It’s the fact that his contributions and ability have been so overhyped, to the point where he is placed alongside the true world class players in our squad who were instrumental in our recent success.

We all know Hendo is not a **** player but all he ever was just a solid squad player. It’s also the fact that Klopp is clearly blinded by Hendo and no matter how many awful performances he drops, Hendo will always be safe and play in the big games.

Hendo received so much praise for his captaincy and leadership when we were winning. All we were ever told is how we play so much better when he’s in the team, and how he would never let standards drop. Well, where is this leadership now? Or is his leadership dependant on the performance on the performances of the world class players who carried him?

He and Klopp strong armed the club into giving him a daft contract as well.

Thank you for the service Jordan but it’s time to go.

With this said, Hendo is not the only issues, there are many issues to resolve!

At least 3 are leaving, so we'd be down on depth if only 2 come in, and thats before we mention the age of others.

When have we ever been lucky with injuries. Injury prone players need to be shipped out, whats worse than a player in bad form... a player who is never available to play.
    No more Sturridges imo
