Great 3 points, immense effort and performance, Roca, Struijk, Harrison hard to choose motm but I'd put them in that order.
damn that was a hard watch 2nd half. we do make things look hard sometimes. actually all forest last 10 mins. over the moon with the 3 points big shout out for Sini,Harrison, Struijk thought they gave themselves credit tonight. comfortable but nerve racking last 15 mins but 3 points in the bag. its far from over though we need to stop trying to walk the ball in the net because we don't have the knowhow to do it.
Bamford was garbage but obviously it will be Rodrigo starting up top on Sunday as Bamford cannot play 90 and then go again a few days later. Must have been why Javi kept him on. Sinisterra was awesome but maybe 60 minutes is enough on his return..
I think we saw a glimpse of what Sinisterra can do tonight. He looked a bit rusty but hopefully he can give us a run for the next 8 or 9 games. Once he gets match fit he'll be terrifying.
Yeah, heads could have dropped when we conceded the first goal, but the team showed some real character and grit.
Struijk, Harrison and Sinisterra were awesome. Firpo did some great defending and Roca put himself about a bit.
Right lads having a drink for Pete Highlandwhite tonight. Great win, bring on those southern ****ters
I thought he and Harrison were great, midfield guys were really good too. They gave us loads of space to be fair but you still have to exploit it… and some of our interplay was really good. Final ball and finishing less so. That’s us though. Third manager on the trot that struggles to get us to shut up shop effectively. Think our best form of defence is to keep attacking, but the match situation gets to players.
Forest, Leicester and Bournemouth all lost tonight, couldn't have written a better script. Harrison was excellent, Ayling was the weakest link, by far. I need a shower after that, sweating like a carnt
Not one of that back 4 tonight has my trust. Happily get rid of all of them. I'd keep Wober and give Cresswell a chance back at Leeds. That's about it.
Southampton are down. Good chance of coming back up next season. Forest probably won't win again this season. We won't be hearing from them again for 30 years or so. They're financially ****ed if they go down. The last relegation spot could be anybodies from Palace down. Tonight has gone. We have to beat Palace on Sunday. We're not clear yet and it's not entirely out of the question that 40 points won't be enough this year.
