Words fail me ... he'd have got more for shoplifting or Internet abusing ... our judiciary (laws) are completely flawed ...
Would help if more than 8% are getting charged in the first place. It's appalling how many are getting away with it, let alone actually seeing a courtroom and a custodial sentence.
He is fully identified with a current photo, I wonder how long before he wishes he had been jailed for a few years

Stephen Boden, 30, and Shannon Marsden, 22, found guilty of murdering baby Finley Boden. Just 39 days after Finley Boden was returned to the care of his parents, the 10-month-old was dead. In that short period of time he suffered “significant, substantial and repeated acts of severe violence” at their home in Old Whittington, Chesterfield, leaving him with 130 separate injuries and almost every bone in his body broken. A postmortem found 71 individual bruises on him as well as two burn marks – one thought to be “from a cigarette lighter flame” – and 57 fractures to his pelvis, shoulder, ankle and ribs. Since the judge was breaking up while giving her her sentence statement and jury members were in tears i assume the maximum sentence will be applied which still won't be enough.
