Our next home game is on December 3rd and of course I will be there, not at Sports Direct Arena but St James' Park as it always will be to be to me. I will be supporting the lads as I always do and wont give off any negative vibes. We have had a great start to the season and want it to continue. Your thought lads and lasses.
Exactly. SJP will always be SJP. We ,as fans, need to forget about bloody stadium names and concentrate on supporting the team on the pitch!!!

I'm pretty sure everyone is behind the team, but there will be some hostility towards Ashley. He's took our iconic stadium name, which has been since 1892 and changed it. Lambias has said that it will generate 10 million a year and that means another player, so if any good comes out of this, then it will be more young, talented players arriving at SJP. I'll always be behind the team and i'm fairly sure every Geordie will. ( non Geordies too )

Yep, everything controversial that Ashley does bothers me mostly because I have to avoid the news for several weeks or else be faced with videos, pictures and descriptions of tracksuit wearing pondlife chanting 'We want Ashley out, say, we want Ashley out'. I'm far more concerned about what the atmosphere will put in the minds of our new players when theyre trying to get on with their season than what the sign will say on the front door. We're all going to call it SJP, it will always be referred to as SJP on maps and yet we'll still have this sort of embarrassment taking place.
