Might be a big joke for you ,l had to watch my Aunts funeral on Zoom , had to wave goodbye to a dear friend through a window and my wifes niece a trainee midwife aged 18 was moved onto a Covid ward , worked 17hr days , held the hands of people's relatives while she held a mobile phone as they passed on No I won't forget what that bunch of ****s did while this happened
I know mate, soz it's not aimed at you. But I've been listening to tossers all day saying there's bigger issues out there. The same tossers that use diversion to blame the clusterfck this country has become, on immigrants and the poor. And they have the gall to tell everyone else this isn't important. Don't fall for it mate.
I'm sorry to hear that mate. I couldn't attend my Mrs's grandad's funeral. My Mrs died from cancer in 2018. He and I became very close after bcos she'd been close to him all her life. Great bloke, down to earth, lifelong City fan but nobody's perfect, but we were a rock for each other for a while. And I couldn't attend his funeral. I won't forget either.
I am quite an easy going person but what this government has done to this country with Brexit and during Covid makes my blood boil , I don't blame them for the measures taken in the pandemic, it's the piss takes and the rackonteering that happened and I would love every last one of them dragged through courts and to see the fines and stripped of their assets as a future warning to others
Sadly. tis not even the "bigger issue" within the whole of the Wuhan flu saga, let alone the world at large.
I agree - but only because he lay down, exposed his belly and withdrew his comment. It is easy to forgive when surrender is immediate and total I could have made a defence of it - but seeing as I loathe Boris and his cohorts I choose not to.
