There's every chance they will go up through the playoffs anyway and escape their financial woes. Such clubs shouldn't be allowed to be promoted. I think it is a massive problem. Watching the likes of Sander Berg the other night just showed. If clubs go up when they are clearly unable to afford how they have done it makes a mockery of the competition.

One rule change that would stop this would be any club found to of broken rules forfits the right to promotion, so as this season stands both Burnley and sheff U refused prom to the prem lge, unless Burley gets it paperwork passed off before the last game of the season
Clubs are risking fines because they know the huge amounts for gaining promotion would swallow them up. It makes you wonder if clubs are actually being allowed to hang themselves.
