Not the top table team, but Theo ain’t gonna do three games a week, and Stu has been very off the boil recently. Fingers crossed it’s enough to get us over the line.
Any other team fighting for survival would use a 6 ft 7 striker as their main weapon with somone as good as JWP in team to deliver balls into the box. Not saints though. To logical.

Not really. He's not mobile/quick enough to play a high press game, which is why we've been decent recently. Why would you want to change that? If we're chasing the game, then maybe a change of style to be more direct. Not otherwise.
In fairness, it's just buying-strikers-hell. I was pretty shocked when I ran the numbers on what mid-tier striker purchases in the PL had actually produced (by and large: not a thing). Strikers are very much dependent on fit and form, and finding a striker who fits and is in form and doesn't have one leg held together by tape and is affordable is the hardest thing in the sport.
