I want to see if the Ba impact was more than a flash in the pan ,as they appeared to work well together, partnerships are usually instinctive and often surprising, We will see if Tony repeats it I certainly hope he does, considering his other options have started to stutter of late. Not sure that Roberts is an option in a 4/4/2 he is no Clarke when it comes to defending its quite a headache for Tony , but an interesting situation all the same, who would be a manager. <laugh>

Didn't watch it and nobody seemed to have mentioned it in the media or on here. It was a cheeky kick by the defender which aim was to disrupt his shot. If he'd have gone down a bit too easily instead of getting his shot off we'd have been screaming for a pen and a red card.

The “sitter” he has to adjust his body to even be able to
Kick the ball though. I don’t see it as anywhere near as bad a miss as some do. Hanley kicks the leg he’s about to kick the ball with. Meaning Gelhardt has to adjust his body to even make contact with the ball. Has little control over direction. More experienced player might have gone down for the pen
