Had pearly barley as a side, a Jamie
Oliver thing. With a spoon of mustard stored through.

Got it from his superfood book and went with a beef stew. Was better than I thought.

I got into it from the Michael Mosley keto book. A lot of good recipes in there on pretty much everything - meat, fish, veggie, brekky, deserts and from all parts of the world.

I made lamb koftas with harissa yoghurt and salad last week. There's a cheese fajita beef caserole which I've done a few times which is gorge.

I don't stick to keto exclusively though. But still noticed a difference in terms of weight and energy levels.
