Yeah, of course. Let’s just let absolutely everyone in. Who wants any sort of quality of life? Let’s over fill absolutely every square inch of the UK’s towns and city’s. I’m sure that will help NHS wait times, dentist wait times, childcare & housing costs. Who needs any kind of quality of life anyway?
I haven’t straw manned anything, I was directly told by many people here that tits impossible for news organisations to push specific agendas for governments. I agree that Bojo was protected by the media. I 100% disagree about trump, he was one of the most abused politicians of all time by the media. Every single thing he said and did was twisted and used against him and to cause division.
So really poor plans to integrate migrants are really poor plans to integrate migrants? Do you even read what you post? There are actually other ways to integrates people… The UK has an aging population, a dwindling economy and lots of vacancies in the workforce… so yeah let’s close the borders.
Are you actually OK? Fox News were explicitly his mouth piece. They didn’t even hide it! And here is a funny thing, you are defending a man who boasted about grabbing young women by the crotch. He has said vile things, cheated at business and been a total douche with his wall rhetoric. But to you he is a billionaire ‘victim’? What are you smoking?????
Note how effortlessly she has changed "asylum seekers" to "illegal immigrants". Subtle change that's so easy to miss. She also fails to apportion any blame whatsoever onto a government that stopped asylum claims by all other routes and slowed the asylum processing system so they could divert people's attention by manipulating some of the most unfortunate people on the planet for political gain. The rest of her timeline is a similar utter disgrace. Vin
Think you’re missing the wider point. It’s not about justice for Gary, it’s about his and our right to stand up for traditional British values. You know the ones; tolerance, decency, freedom to speak truth to power.
I'm looking forward to watching MOTD tonight which I can confidently predict will be much better than it's ever been. And I'm pleased the National Treasure will now be able to spend more time with his career on Twitter. All these self righteous statements from people (who never had a chance of being asked in the first place) that they won't be presenting MOTD is hilarious. No doubt there will be other left wing loons, quite possibly on here who will be making similar pompous statements during the course of the day. The best case scenario here would be for Lineker and his mogadon mates to be shipped off to Sky or BT or whoever and all his sheep followers can go with him. The BBC then self implodes, the licence money put to good use and the sandal wearing Guardian readers at the BBC will have to find themselves a proper job that we don't have to pay for. A double whammy I think it's called. So far so good but still a long way to go, mustn't get our hopes up on that one. But, I've a nasty feeling that the blessed St Gary will be back in the limelight he craves before too long, unfortunately. Funny how since he's been suspended the pretentious, smug twat has suddenly transformed into a superstar sports broadcaster loved by millions.
11:01 BREAKINGFootball Focus replaced with Bargain Hunt Here in the newsroom, we have not heard any official word on the fate of Football Focus after presenter Alex Scott pulled out of the show. But the BBC One schedule is now showing Bargain Hunt at midday, when Football Focus had previously been listed. Final Score is still listed at 16:30, even though host Jason Mohammad has said he will pull out. Posted at 11:2311:23 BREAKINGFinal Score replaced with The Repair Shop Final Score has been replaced by The Repair Shop at 4:30pm on the BBC One schedule. It comes after presenter Jason Mohammad said he would not be presenting the show. Now we're talking BBC anything without those two is a bonus. Give us something to watch with presenters who aren't ex footballers pretending to know what's going on in the real world. Perhaps we could also have MOTD replaced by Antique Roadshow with the lovely Fiona Bruce. Whatever she does is a good watch.
I take it you don’t know anyone that works at the BBC? I wouldn’t celebrate good people losing their jobs, but maybe that’s just me.
TEAM LINEKER “Getting there,” tweeted Lee Anderson earlier today, referring to a story about the British economy. “You won’t see this in the MSM [Mainstream Media],” added the deputy chairman of the Conservative party, despite the fact that the headline to which he was drawing the attention of his followers had literally been screen grabbed from that little-known underground news-sheet, The Times. Oh, Lee." "Quite apart from confirming long-held suspicions that the MP for Ashfield is considerably thicker than a submarine door, his tweet did at least suggest that perhaps assorted Tories were beginning to move on from one of the more surreal self-owns in very recent British political history. An episode in which an opinion tweeted by a BBC sport presenter regarding a callous new illegal migration bill somehow became more newsworthy than the cruel, ill-conceived and almost certainly unworkable bill itself." "It’s been a weird week for Gary Lineker, a woke, leftie snowflake (translation: reasonably thoughtful and compassionate man) who generated astonishing levels of outrage when he quite reasonably described the government’s small boats policy as “immeasurably cruel” and “directed at the most vulnerable people in language that is not dissimilar to that used by Germany in the 30s”. No sooner had Gary pressed send, than the usual suspects on the Tory front bench, GBeebies, The Telegraph, The Mail and other right-wing news outlets began clutching their pearls at this fairly banal but quite accurate observation, then started calling for the Match of the Day presenter’s head."
