Cor blimey is that who it was. Kilbricken Storm. I do remember that Albert Bartlett very well - obviously, as stated, because of dear old Santini.

Here is another one for you. If the above mentioned Next Destination wins at the Festival next week he will do so after in excess of a year away from the track. Since 2005 name the only horse to win at the Cheltenham Festival after more than a year away from the track???

Trained by Mullins, top weight in a handicap, wore a hood. Dual code horse. Hell of a horse too.

That's the one. Champion Hurdle runner-up as well in his pomp.

The first covid year aside I haven’t missed a festival for 25 years. I’m finished with it this year.

I think it’s a decent looking festival. Tuesday’s always my favourite day and i think it’s got the look of an exciting day. Constitution Hill ticks the superstar box, Facile Vega could be one too. Everything else looks competitive.

CH v State Man - way more interesting to me than Honeysuckle turning up with her 7lbs and beating horses with the same talent but more weight. We could see an all time great or we could be set for two very high quality animals in a battle (which is my personal view). Either way it’s a brilliant prospect.
Facile Vega in the Supreme. I’ve forgiven one bad run.
An exciting looking Arkle given we’re guaranteed to see Dysart Dynamo set a frantic pace.
Best quality mares race for a few years with two Champion Hurdle winners against some quality, slightly younger horses. Possibly the most competitive grade 1 of the week and a renewal that looks like a grade 1 race this time rather than a grade 2 in all but name.

In 2018 Kilbricken Storm kicked off an incredible run of bets.............

Nah, I wouldn’t want to bore you all.

To be fair, let me know when you have four winners on any day of any Festival let alone at those sort of prices.

Very best of luck to you all again this year.

Looking at the weather forecast. You wanna be backing cart horses next week. I see coole Cody has an entry for the gold cup.

Last week they were watering at Cheltenham and now they have soft ground. Sounds a bit dodgy but there you go.
