SD confirmed a physical season ticket will still be available if fans are unable to access a digital season ticket. The arrangements for this will be announced nearer the time. A transfer of a season ticket for an individual match will be possible by emailing the ticket office, a single digital ticket can be issued. OC confirmed there will be a significant communication to explain all the changes. The direct debit scheme will be retained and is still provided free of charge to fans by the club. Approximately 250 to 400 direct debits are declined each collection period. These individuals will be emailed to request payment and season cards will be suspended if payment is not received. Season tickets can be reinstated once the debt has been settled. CR and MB agreed this was an appropriate course of action. from the RAWA meeting minutes 6fecdb_92a71b67fb344bd5b4d01210fa4667c4.pdf (redandwhitearmy.co.uk)
Hopefully that is concrete. Why be deliberately duplicitous and create panic amongst our magnificent support? Arseholes
yes the club need to learn to communicate better and not cause lots of unnecessary panic for no reason hopefully they learn a lesson wont hold my breath on that though
What will happen to companies that buy season ticket for staff rewards also sponsors which also get tickets as part of the sponsorship.
The answer is the club don't care. As long as they are preventing the "fraud" of season ticket holders loaning the product they have paid for to friends and family then jobs a good un. It is irrelevant that it will cost the club more than they "lose" when literally thousands of fans don't renew because of digital exclusion. They have made their point, bit like them standing firm on not having a temporary centre forward until the end of the season, now that is going well isn't it?
No, what I want is you to shut up belittling people's concerns. I have better things to do than argue with an idiot. Ignore button is great. Goodbyeee
Seems as though you are the one belittling people. Everyone has an opinion and are entitled to it. You are attempting to shut anyone down who has a contrary argument to yours. The fact of the matter is that digital cards are coming and there's nothing you can do about it. People will adapt and find a way. It's human nature You remind me of the railway union folk I used to have to deal with - block progress at all costs
Not really, 12 years I held a sc for and each year I was contacted by email and post SAFC are sailing very close to breaching the disability discrimination act if they havnt already for one
