Do they actually want people to go to the match or not? Getting to the point of being ridiculous. Maybe we could all stop going to games, demolish the stadium, play games at the AOL and we could all watch them on "smart phones" then everybody will be happy.
The worst bit is the £10 charge for getting help in the ticket office tbh. Absolutely disgusting imo.
It'll be sent to a person Via email, either a QR code or a barcode. So if a person logs onto a PC, Laptop etc, you'll be able to resize and print. Like I've said above, laminate and get it in your wallet. This is basically saving the club sending out cards. Same way they done the play off tickets. Personally, I'll be keeping a copy in my wallet aswell as my phone.
Maybe. But a proper system should not allow that. This was the flaw that caused so much trouble at the final of the Euros. Loads turning up with screenshot of tickets. At Wimbledon, you get an ecticket. It can only be downloaded completely about an hour before you go in. And you cannot screenshot it. It can be done. In the case of us, maybe it can be printed out and used? All seems like needless work for supporters. All seems a bit unnecessary to me. It's not as if it is the last thing that needs attention on the commercial side of the club. It ignores the fact that a lot of people who go will not have phones that will do this. We all do, and it is a stretch to imagine not having one, but I know a number younger than me who either have a very basic phone or none at all. They like it back there!
If it's one bar code, or QR code for the whole season, that'll work. But if it's a different one for every game , that's another thing altogether.
Exactly....so those who struggle not comfortable but want to go...need to do things face to face...i we will help yer but charger for for it....thats not very inclusive...which is where the modern world is meant to be
Question dont know if someone will know for definate...regardless of the club...i appreciate a pub can refuse to serve you for whatever reason...however is it a legal reason to refuse to serve you as they only accept card payments??? effectively if you want to pay cash they are refuse what is legal tender.....
As well as everything is going on the pitch it still feels like we are league 1 at best on his side of the club. He is a bit useless imo.
If anyone is genuinely going to struggle (doesn't have a smart phone etc) there will be a way for them to get into the game. Rightly or wrongly the club would rather as many as possible go digital, so they'll be hoping the vast majority who are able to use digital tickets do so and then they'll deal with what should be a relatively small number who can't
it'll probably work like the chip in the season cards now. That never changes, data base knows you're good for access to 23 entries a season, it just takes that particular game off of your account on the database once scanned. The QR or Barcode won't change.I believe it will be an option for people.
That will need the smartphone to have NFC functionality if it's the same as paying with your phone won't it? The comms from the club is a bit **** tbh.
I'd imagine it's the same as any digital ticket? The ones they say you "Must" print out, like Wembley? Well have to wait and see mate.
