Not much you can say about those field sizes at Musselburgh and Wincanton, today, is there beyond 'cor blimey'?!? That's why this paragraph is ending somewhat short. Says something about the current state of the NH game when the most interesting thing happening and the item hitting the headlines (right now that's exactly what it is on the Racing Post website) is a trainer (albeit THAT trainer) taking horses for 'a work-out' at an all-weather track!!!
