Right now I would back Humza Yousaf. He has the most experience and is very charismatic.
Kate Forbes has been impressive in a fast rise in government but I would worry about her Pro Life views which would be very devisive.
Ash Regan really not sure but she wants to carry on using the next election as a de facto referrendum which many of us think is far too risky.

Young people in Scotland (Under 50s) are two thirds in favour of Independence so as time passes we will get a majority for Independence some patience is needed.

I saw that Stephen Flynn had 'declined to stand', but I thought candidates had to be current members of the Scottish Parliament. Does that mean the likes of Blackford or Mhaira Black could stand?

In theory but it would make things difficult, so being an MSP is fairly essential.

Good to see that Truss is intent on proving she really is as stupid as we all thought she was...<doh>

Remember, there is a way to go so far to the left that you unintentionally disappear up your own backside

Also, it's spelled "Kyiv" dipshit, and has been for the best part of 25 years

Marjorie Traitor Greene is from Georgia.
Georgia voted for Biden and both of Georgia's Senators are Democrats.

It's not surprising that divorce is on her mind though, given hers went through in December.
She's probably trying to influence search engine results to avoid bringing that up.
Especially given her alleged cheating with anything that moves, including a tantric sex guru.

And she's the BBC's preferred choice, based on last night giving her a good few minutes to talk freely (mainly sticking the boot into Sturgeon) while Humza Yousaf got about a minute and Ash Regan apparently doesn't exist, which is enough to set off several alarm bells

That would be why she's the BBC's preferred candidate

The BBC is very clearly pro establishment. Every member of the SNP looks at the BBC as a hurdle to Independence. Their coverage is biased and pro Union. They will give more time to Kate Forbes because as we have seen, and as I feared, her religious views will be discussed to the detriment of the real message about Scottish Independence. I doubt very much that the SNP will vote for her leadership but the BBC will milk the story for all they can as long she is standing.
