A couple I like in Punchestown today.

Defi Bleu 16/1 in the GN trial @2.10. Will like this trip and is also back in calmer waters. Sam Ewing is dependable on board and I would be hopeful he can run well. Good each way claims.

Quirke's Gate 10/3 @3.10. Nice 2nd behind a very impressive Hunters Yarn lto and this doesn't look to have anything of that sort of ilk in the race today. Has to contend with the usual Elliott onslaught of runners and the DeBromhead favourite, but I think he could just be the nicest horse in here today and Barry Connell can put it up to them when he gets a useful one.

    Enjoy the day.

Euchan Falls is given a decent chance in the (14:50) at Musselburgh, a Class-5 Handicap Hurdle over a distance just short of 2m4f. Trip about right, and gelding should handle the ground conditions OK. Danny McMenamin rides for the R. Michael Smith yard.
7/2 best price, in all places, at time of writing.

Well, seems Euchan Falls at last found some form in his last three races, and it appears his young jockey really gets on well with him. Prior to the last three runs, the gelding's record was absolutely dismal, and it did not look as though he would ever run well, let alone win.

Defi Bleu did me a small turn in placing 3rd at 25/1. Quirke's Gate didn't kick on at all today so no luck in that race.

SwanHills and Pilgrim on the ball again, might give up looking myself and just start backing both yours blindly <ok> good work.
