I think you're worry over nowt, because the fans won't get a say. It seems to me your backers have been quiet up until now, but I cannot see failure being accepted in the model that you are use to, to not achieve a place in Europe and to also lose the League Cup will be deemed as failure. It wouldn't be accepted at Man City, it will not be accepted at the Toon. Either that or my impression of the Saudi's is wrong and they've turned into a bunch of gay pussies.
To finish 12th, given the points per game teams are likely to be on, we'd be around 45-48 points at the end of the season. Given we're on 41 at the moment then that would mean 1 win, a few draws and 10+ losses from our last 16 games. So yes, serious questions would be asked. I wasn't happy with the transfer window but that is what it is, most teams didn't do much. Chelsea did and they don't exactly look great for it. We're fine. Not amazing but good enough to be competitive, that's all you can ask for really.
All reminds me of when Ole took over at ours tbh. Looked good initially, then when he got the perma contract and the virtually non-existent game plan got sussed, it was a slippery road to turjid football and abject failure. Have they offered Howe a permanent contract yet?
It's ok, if you quit without saving you can reload from the start screen and just replay the fixture.
Seems I did not miss much having dinner, but followed it enough to know that the Liverpool team that won the league would have needed a calculator to keep up with the winning margin Never seen a Liverpool side so careless with the ball and so inept in front of goal but still won 2 - 0 Newcastle it was fun while it lasted but look at the bright side you buying Gordon and Spurs buying Richarlison has given Everton a fighting chance of staying up, the final piece of the jigsaw id for Dyche to bin DCL and they will be safe
