Venue: Their ground in the centre of Newcastle.

I will be on my way to the Arctic Circle to freeze my b*llocks off as the Mrs wants to see the Northern Lights, but I have tracked down a new guest presenter. non other than..................Vlad the Impaler.

Vlad says " Well after Liverpool put a very poor Everton side to the sword there is a lot at stake in this game against Newcastle. Liverpool have a game in hand on Newcastle so with 9 points between them if Liverpool win on Saturday and then win the game in hand the gap will be reduced to 3 points. The stakes could not be higher. Although for impaling I recommend the highest stake possible.

We may see VVD back alongside Matip and Firmino and Jota may also play a part.

I just hope it is a bloody affair"

Arctic Circle, so Cumbria?

Side note, think I've mentioned this before, but Vlad is very likely one of my ancestors (never officially confirmed though). Vlad's a good lad.
 
now, this is a vital game but then we only get what...3 days to prep for real Madrid.

so this is the season right here.

I'm not sure what we will do regarding picking a side for this one.

really same again might be the order of the day with vvd, jota, firmino, milner and keita being the obvious subs to be brought on just to start prepping. for real and loosening up legs.

milner for trent.
vvd for matip
jota for nunez
firmino for gakpo
keita for Henderson?

it's hard to know but the cl may have the greater focus.
