Great reading RTB as per , I was expecting changes last game if only to spread the load , so who knows what Tony will do, not me that's for sure, this squad is getting more exciting by the hour so whoever plays, it should be OaU.
Id like to see Clarke miss out for a well earned break and see Bennette start. I also think Clarke needs it to refocus because his performances have dipped this second half of the season
I see they have lost their main centre back to injury, it’s a guy called Clarke-Slater. Shame really him being out must strengthen their defence.
He's a decent player, for them and that won't help. He was poor on loan here and we were never going to keep him. Their confidence seems ragged so I'd hope the away support is in good voice and we get an early goal or, at least, a good start. With our confidence I think that would be enough to win the game and set us up for Bristol City.
I would go for: Patto Hume Ballard Baath Alese O'Nien Michut Roberts Pritchard Ba Gelhardt Subs Bass Johnson or Cirkin if he is fit Neil Amad Clarke Lihadji Ekwah Neil, Amad and Clarke looked pretty fatigued so I would rest them - 3 great subs to have to bring on. Harsh on Jewi as he's looking brighter last couple games so I wouldn't be against him being on the bench instead of Ekwah
I'd like to see Ba or Ekwah start in the midfield, give Michut or Neil and a rest for a game. Pritchard to start too.
I agree , it can only be put down to tiredness, he is not the only one to suffer either, I thought we would get fresher legs on against Reading, even starting, one or two. Some snipers on here short memories , or just like to sound smart with hindsight, .
I don't think Ekwah is quite ready to start yet mate, and Ba's been better played further forward. I'd go Michut and O9 in the middle
Michut as well as Neil have played a lot of tough games in a short space of time. They have done remarkably well so far, so good , that any lament over Evans was short lived, but they do also need a breather at times and for that reason I go along with Scout 73. on a personal note Lihadji is the one I am looking forward to see , but we do have to be cautious and curb our expectations a little bit to give these kids a chance to establish themselves, TM is spot on about that.
I think we'll rotate both over the next few games. Michut and O9 for tomorrow and Neil and O9 at the weekend.
Clarke gets hung out to dry. He has very little support down the left as Amad is constantly on the other side of the pitch. Clarke is better when Cirkin plays as he can go beyond Clarke.
@JHunterChron Tony Mowbray: I might freshen up the side with a couple of changes [at QPR]. You can't change the whole side though. #safc
He'll have to bide his time on the bench I reckon. Alese will start if fit. Wonder if there is a space for both of them in the team.....
