What a fantastic start to Exeters card tomorrow , other than a fall i would say Skeltons only need to turn up to take the prize money in the first

Kissesfokate at evens in third looks to have a fantastic chance , i would say rose of arcadia will be closest to giving Kate a run but the 14s on show on atr are not available at a few crookies 15/2 is the best i have found . I would have prefered the ew bet and may well rf later.

Realise it's tongue-in-cheek, but never heard of an Exeter card being called 'fantastic' (twice)? :emoticon-0112-wonde

    4:30 Senior Citizen

If ever a horse was named for a series of races it is this one!!

The key here for me is the ground, I am expecting true good ground, and potentially a little faster, and as such I think Senior Citizen is a stand out. His record on good ground is 4 wins from 11 with a further 2 places. He is one of very few in here that has good ground winning form and the 37% strike rate is a standout. He was impressive last time out and if he is in the same form, I expect him to be far too good for this field on this ground.

5:00 Arctic Blue - Each Way

A yard i know a few people rate highly, as do I. This horse is interesting on breeding, being by Blue Bresil out of a bumper winning mare. The big yards in this race do not often send really good bumper horses to this course and I think they are making the market for others. No wind op or headgear is also a real positive for me, and whilst she is a big price, I do think she has enough on her page and not on her head to suggest she is no back number.

Decent card at Navan where Churchstonewarrior has a sound chance in the Grade-2 Novice Chase at (15.40) over a distance of 3m. Aidan Coleman rides for the Jonathan Sweeney yard.
5/2 (Unibet) is the best price at time of writing,

Do not shoot the messenger time...

Exeter 4:30 – SENIOR CITIZEN, won last time at Doncaster on good ground.

Amusingly this is well named for a Veterans’ Chase. This looks like the one to be on as the front two in the betting forecast both seem to prefer soft ground (one is last year’s winner), finished second and third last time out and are both front runners. In the real betting the Pipe horse is out to 7/1 and the McManus horse is being backed.

The forum's favourite Lieutenant has 4 very promising looking entries at Exeter today. Four-timer and trebles could be rewarding if that sort of thing floats your boat.

The bumper at Navan should be worth watching. The Coolmore-owned runner Rule The Wind is by Walk In The Park out of a half-sister to Brave Inca, the Ricci horse cost 310 grand as a 4YO and won his only point and Bective Stud's Firefox has progressed well in 2 bumpers to date (but may well follow home a Mullins runner like last time).

Brilliant to see Blazing Khal back <applause>

Carrying plenty of condition too, he will surely come on again for that run. Tam will be pleased <ok>

Very tempted to heap it on at 5/1 but the drifting price put me off.
Never mind, let’s hope he gets to Cheltenham.

Luccia has some engine. Come on Nicky, send her to the Supreme, you know its the better race to win.

A general 7/4 for the Mares Novice Hurdle, around 8/1 for the Supreme

That's better. A deserved win for the Jonathan Sweeney chaser. Fine ride by Aidan Coleman. :emoticon-0142-happy
