I'm actually stunned regarding some of the comments regarding him. I've a long memory.

 

No need to panic rather a caretaker then a top coach in the summer. The coach would then have chance to watch all our games and know what is needed.

True bud but there are stopgaps willing to take us on now. I'm with Olof and chris houghton who always did a decent job.

With Dyche it was finishing 7th with little old Burnley on a shoestring budget that impressed me the most.

Just my opinion, but I think he gets teams playing decent attacking football, even if it's a bit more direct than your Pep Guardiola's etc. For sure he likes to get it wide and get balls in the box, so definitely old school there, but sometimes all the tippy tapy stuff from Man City, Barcelona bores the pants of me. Arsenal for example have a nice balance at the moment and they certainly get it wide quickly to Martinelli and Saka.
