  1. If Man United are really keen on Enrique, say we'll agree 10 million plus Evra. <ok>

They may call us deluded, but Enrique is a vital player for us, and we need to show a firm hand when it comes to fighting with bigger clubs over players.

Also when it comes to Tiote, say we'll accept a fee of 15 million, PLUS a player. We cannot afford to just take the money, we need players. 15 million plus Kalou if Chelsea come sniffing, 15 million plus Wilshere from Arsehole, 15 million plus park from United.

Call me deluded or ridiculous, i don't give a ****. It's either give us more than our VITAL players are worth, or **** OFF!

    Pace - maybe
    strength - no
    skill - no
    composure - no
    tackling - no
    crossing - no
    passing - no
    heading - no
    positioning - no

Seriously though, good point. Wouldn't be the same and not sure they'd fit in with team spirit and wage structure etc but its better than just gettin money. You can't play a bag of money on the wing as someone once said.

Good idea actually. Try to get valuable players from clubs interested in our players, if they are unwilling to listen we can cite that as a reason for not selling. Clubs want to be on good business terms with eachother so we should push back a little rather than letting them call all the shots.

If Chelsea want Tiote, we want Sturridge, Van Aanholt, Mancienne and Benayoun.

If Man Utd want Enrique, we want Fletcher, Evans, Welbeck and Macheda on loan.

Not saying straight swap, probably player+cash but they have plenty of players we'd want, let them squirm by declaring interest in them (but not as part of a deal). We probably won't get any of those players but if the 'big' clubs really want our players they're going to have to play ball.

Pop in early bids for their players, if they reject, simply reject their approaches for OUR players. We always seem to be on the back foot in the transfer window, we need to be a lot more aggressive.

We have a slightly used Titus Bramble going in part-ex for Enrique. Titus plus, say, five hundred grand?

Burp, Sorry, just in from the pub. Make it a million.... :)

Agree. We should be looking at getting cash + players if the top Premier League clubs want our best players(Enrique & Tiote for a start).

Players we could look at in a cash + player/s deal :

Arsenal - Chamakh, Gibbs, Eastmond, Vela, Lansbury, Rosicky.
Man United - Park, Welbeck, Macheda, Cleverly, Fabio Da Silva, Ravel Morrison, Bebe(for the lols), Obertan, Joshua King
Chelsea - Sturridge, Aanholt, Bruma, Kakuta, Anelka, Kalou
Tottenham - O'Hara, Pav, Sandro, Danny Rose, Dos Santos, Walker, Kranjcar, Bassong
Man City - Jo, Michael Johnson, Adam Johnson, Weiss, Boyata, Caicedo

    Not bad eh?

Wouldn't want to sell ANY of our KEY players this summer though(Enrique, Tiote, Nolan, Barton, Ben Arfa, Colo, etc..)
