It's not quite that bad. I genuinely think Jones is working bloody hard to try and turn this around and is desperate to succeed. Boris however, well let's not go there.
He hadn't trained with Saints (according to TSP) and was brought on in a Premier League game at 2-0 down in a pretty dysfunctional team. Hardly the place to show your face to make a case that he ain't worth his place. Intentional rhyme. Give the guy a ****ing chance. Vin
It was quoting Jones press conference, claiming he said he didn't know himself if he was the right man for the job. Having watched most of the presser, he didn't actually say it so likely why its been deleted.
I am getting the impression that the Twitter mafia are stitching NJ up a treat and people are falling for it, believing the guff that is being produced. It is odd that these people are quick to dish the sh1t out, but when their victim snaps back at them they run around yelping like a slapped puppy. I am getting less worried about us having a duff manager, which seems to be the case, more about the mentality and quality of our so called "support". A bunch of keyboard cowboys will never solve any of our problems. We are still in for some more bad knocks, it's a time to stand up and be counted, show that you can support the Club without resorting to abuse and bad behaviour, that will get us nowhere. Do I think we will be relegated? I am afraid I have to admit that I do. What can I do about it? What I always do, grin and bear it and pray for another miracle. As a Saints fan, I have been doing it for over 70 years, why should I change now?
Sutton says 1 - 0 to Wolves, his oppo says nil nil! A clean sheet? Deluded. Lawro has gone for 1 - 0 Wolves.
Agree totally. Most have no idea how to set up a team let alone a winning one and are just slagging NJ off because they “don’t like him”. Sad really but also part of life today. The worst part is the sad people who want to believe the trolls and WUMs.
None of us think we have a shot of a result this weekend. Nobody really believes Jones has anything to add. What is depressing is I suspect we are going to achieve a little silent fart of a relegation. No fight, no friction, no noise - but a bad smell left anyway.
Haha very good. If you’re a good player though you stand out a mile. Even if you’ve just woken up from a 48 hour bender. Not saying he’s going to be ****, just asking did anybody else think it? Because I did. He could be **** and still score goals though. Every player can have a role. I would start adams though.
This is one of the least appealing fixtures in our season. But it now has so much significance. Iam really up for this and I really hope St Mary's is too. Whatever we all think of NJ we need to get behind the team more than ever. Who knows what a bit of confidence could do.
