Yep, don't get people leaving early although there may be a few with genuine good reason. I never have. Last season on the Sat 3pm games I had to get my son to work for 6pm (we live in North Yorks), so we'd vacate our seats with a couple of minutes to go, then stand by the exit. As soon as the final whistle went we'd run to where we park. May have looked like we were leaving but that wasn't happening. Last night neither me, my son or daughter showed any inclination to move until the players had been properly clapped off.

My seat is in the East stand, usually fine getting in but it is a nightmare leaving after the final whistle. Too many seats and not enough aisles

I can, to some extent, understand it if we’re playing awful and suddenly 2 down with 10 to go. But I can guarantee those who stood up when the Fulham third went in last night, wouldn’t have done so had it been 1-2 or 2-2. And we were playing some very good football too.

South West corner is normally a nightmare but I’ve never had any issues in the rest of the west stand

Maybe it's a timing issue - like I say, I'm usually in 30 mins before KO but work meant I left late and experienced the horrors of 500 people trying to squeeze through each turnstile.

A lot of day trippers with all 6 tickets on 1 phone, or not knowing how to use the turnstiles didn't help like

There was one bloke in front of me, explaining how he had all his families tickets on his phone and he'd pass the phone to each one when it was their turn to get in......
I made well sure I edged ahead of him in the melee - be amazed if he saw any of the first 30 mins :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Looking at who is left in this comp, wouldn't surprise me if Fulham got to Wembley.

I think the biggest problem is the traffic. i always leave after final whistle, but getting through the town is a joke, the main 2 problem area's where the Council have messed up are the lights on the bridge roundabout, you get a bus coming out of Fawcett st getting stopped and blocks the whole road off past the city hall. The worst lights though are the ones on Durham rd roundabout, they let 4 cars through at a time even when no cars at the other junctions.
Also on the North side Kier Hardy way should of been duelled when the stadium was built.

"Looking flash and producing very little"?

You must watch games with your eyes closed Bob.

I’m in disbelief here. Seriously? He’s one of the best young midfielders in the country, has a great passing range and great vision, has improved his defensive work and is still improving game on game. People don’t rave about him because he’s one of us, people rave about him because he’s a potential SAFC great, and a potential England player. How you can’t see that is unbelievable
