I'm expecting lots of support for Klopp from the crowd and maybe a team huddle from the squad before kickoff. All to show unity. And then in unison, the collective team will fail to do the minimum, will make clumsy errors and be out-thought by the tactical gameplan that is DycheBall
I fully expect there to be huge klopp adulation all game. I also expect to see very little out of the players. unless the ones who don't fight (thiago now) are dropped and we close up the gaps and make simple good clearances and stop passing the ball behind each other at the back, running into tight corners then hacking it to an opponent etc etc. Theres a reason dycheball works to some extent. You cut out the type of things that create space but take risks but playing it up to the two lumps and keep ball as far from your goal as you can either by forcing teams wide or by playing high line. The tactical shambles of seeing trent RW, matip RB and the LFT CB in his own slot was blown away v leicester when they ran through unopposed. we still have not stopped doing it. this tells me that things are not changing in the minds of the management, unitl it changes we will be destroyed.
