I think a lot of us are of the view that SR wouldn't want to sack Jones early in his reign, because of how bad it would look on them.

But one thing which might make them turn on Jones is doing things like hauling off Lavia and Edozie. Bringing in the kids was very SR's strategy. So SR might not be too happy about them not being front and centre.
