He was sitting next to me in nandos on sat night bitching to a mate about training with the reserves and youth teams saying he didn't deserve it. His mate told him to keep his nose clean till Jan then sort his **** out [sic] so hopefully he'll be off.

 

This is so annoying, what a totally **** attitude, I hope his extremities shrivel up and drop off, Good enough for him, he clearly needs prison. he thinks nothing's going to happen to him, jail him before he hurts or harms someone .

It's just not funny, what a stinking attitude, he is officially a t**t. If I'd been in simply Marveauxs situation, I'd have been livid

He needs to get away completely from the area if he wants to save his career. Now the police know his face and name, they'll pick him up straight away if he's in the vicinity of any trouble. I can't see it happening, though. He seems to have no brains whatsoever.

Eventually he'll have no say in the matter, he'll just have to go to any club that will entertain him. He's got a bit too much baggage for one of the bigger teams to take him on. A silly boy letting his off the field antics affect his on the field carreer and future in the game in such a way.

 

If I'd overheard his conversation I would have had a word with him and reiterate a few home truths.

1) He has the chance to be a very good player and life owes no-one anything in this world.
2) He’s in a position that thousands of other people dream about; playing for Newcastle United.
3) He’s paid well above the national average for a reason. That reason is to be a professional footballer and accept all that the job title entails such as staying out of trouble, training well and playing well when the opportunity arises.
4) He should stop his whining, accept that he needs to change his mindset, knuckle down and see how well he can do if he focuses on the positives.
5) If he can’t relate to any of this then he should just orchestrate a move away and let someone else live the dream because he’s just being a selfish little prick.

 

Given up with him now and I have been one whop was willing to take the patient route. Can't help himself and seems unwilling to change. The club is not a rehab clinic so he can do one.

 

Which he'd just brush off as a hater hating out of jealousy of him being the biggest G in the streets and on the pitch.

 

I agree number 2 could do him wonders, as he would be forced to grow up and wouldnt have his his mates being a bad influence on him! but most likely he will get loaned to a championship team (worst thing that could happen is if he goes back down London)
