I think it's just a name change because Hull United have taken over their ground so they moved to Hilltop under the umbrella name Westella and Willerby
All that is needed is for the Blades fans to give their bank details so he can transfer the money An appropriate first name. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...d-proposed-90m-takeover-Sheffield-United.html
Part of Marco Silva's interview before the Chelsea match tonight: "Marco Silva has new signings Sasa Lukic and Cedric Soares to call on after two binary defeats by Newcastle and Tottenham following their victory over Chelsea. Silva, surely a candidate for manager of the season, was asked at his press conference about his memories of Stamford Bridge and spoke poignantly of his first visit. "I will tell you one memory for me that was the saddest one, but one that comes clear in my mind, was Ryan Mason had a bad injury when I was in Hull," he said. "It comes to mind because it was probably my saddest day as a manager in football. "It was that evening, Chelsea against Hull, [memorable] because of what happened to Ryan Mason. Each game is a different story and we have to write our own story tomorrow." Mason tried to make a comeback from the fractured skull but was forced to retire 12 months later, aged just 26. Since then he has moved into coaching, becoming the youngest manager in the Premier League at the age of 29 when he stood in as interim Tottenham head coach in 2021 after the sacking of Jose Mourinho." Respect.
I see Scunny's start under new owners and coach didn't go well, Leake started but didn't have a good game by all accounts.
My mate went, he reckoned Barnet were by far the best team that he's seen all season - a brilliant pressing game by all accounts: best thing for Scunny was the crowd, twice the average and kick-off delayed due to hundreds still queuing to get in.
FT: Everton 1-0 Arsenal A massive day for Everton! Sean Dyche starts with a win, given to them by a highly-organised and committed performance.
How significant is The Championship these days anyway? The BBC, who know about these things, appear obsessed with putting things - like results and league tables - in order of importance, so I can report with some accuracy that the Championship was only the fifth most important set of results worth mentioning yesterday. It lags behind the Premier League, The Club World Cup (whatever that is), the Scottish Premiership and the FA Women's Super League in terms of importance.
Yes but the BBC don’t consider little facts like that. The WSL is more important to them.SKY seem to think it is a big deal despite some Conference teams getting bigger crowds than the average WSL ones.
Stick to Ceefax Ernie, on there they have 19 league tables, PL, EFL, NL Scottish, Champions League, Europa League, NLN, NLS, Welsh and Irish, the Women's Super League and Women's Championship are 18 and 19. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Just had a skeg at the WSL London Derby between Tottenham v Chelsea. Goole Town would be disappointed at a crowd like that.
