Don't care about any site jinx or rules. We're going to win on pens and get revenge over manure in the final. Talk, debate, discuss. Semi final, 1 goal behind, we've got this!

Don't see why not. 90 minutes of football, anything can happen, as I recall saying to a scouse cab driver 6 years ago.

Nice! Let’s go Saints. I can see possibilities holding them at 0-0 or even going 1-0 down. This isn’t over; far from it. NJ this is your moment.

Hopefully this won’t be a factor.

Can’t see anything other than a comfortable win for them at home, probably a 4/5-0

Who’s a happy sole this afternoon? Good job you don’t have anything to do with the team

This might be one of those occasions where 3-5-2 would actually be the better option.

Also, Lyanco played the full 90 in the first leg and against Blackpool. And he is likely to resume his spat with... Newcastle. So I'd bench him. Is Bedders available?

Don’t forget our best CB is also available after his suspension.

Toon fans on various socials delighted because they think they can wind him up for another red. Strange thinking that, as when Murphy did his best to wind him up, he didn’t actually react at all…

Still waiting for us to turn up to a game and play like we did against Man City. Here’s hoping tomorrow might be the time!

Going up to this, feeling hopeful but not confident. Still in the tie, but I think they’ll have too much for us. Will take an out of character performance (like the Man City one) for us to go through.

Feels weird to know I'm travelling 320 miles to watch a football match tomorrow and I won't even bother celebrating if we score a goal* unless it's a direct FK.

    **** VAR :emoticon-0159-music

    *not that likely admittedly!

What would be better - singing Sulemana and Dembele, or DCC scoring the winner tomorrow and waving off all the Newcastle players?

I know what you mean mate.

I like VAR to the point where it can rectify a really obvious error or cheating.

There have been many subjective reviews, most of which have gone against us recently, that for any fan has taken that spontaneous celebratory feeling away and draining the fun from the game.

It's not quite the same celebrating 3 minutes after the goal has gone in, once the checks have finished
