Oh 100%, best team in the league by far. But not without offloading a few players for huge fees and being able to reinvest so much back into the squad. Almost like a cheat code when you get a relegated Raked in €60m for Cornet, Collins and McNeill, then put €40m back in on a whole new squad. Josh Cullen is a player mind, dictated our play off final a few years ago for Charlton.
Normally I'd be absolutely gutted to lose the experience of Evans, if he is out for a long while, but really quite chilled about the rest of the season now and just letting the kids get on with it. We're not going to get relegated so just let the young uns play with freedom and express themselves. We'll win some, we'll lose some.
Hibs have conceded the most goals in the SPL, I was a bit dubious of how good he actually was when they’re getting twa*ted regularly but admittedly I’ve only seen him play a few times.
Wasn't it just a kick on the outside of the knee - it happened right in front of us and TM confirmed it was a kick. Unless he fell funny and twisted his knee then I'm struggling to see how this could have happened Having said that, he went down like a sack of spuds and wouldn't be the first player to try and run off an ACL
Best wishes to Corey, if true. Good player and I bet the younger lads have learned a lot from him. (Corry, even)
Evans is out of contract at the end of the season as well isn't he? Could be the last we have seen of him (if its confirmed that is)
I'd leave him where he is tbh, even though I didn't want to go in the place, but he's clearly flourishing at Plymouth so do him and us the world of good in the long run.
He has. “The midfielder has put pen to paper on a two-year deal at the Stadium of Light, with a club option of a further year.”
I’ve done my acl mate and when I’ve been recovering I’ve been hit on the side of the knee and it’s ****ing sore, just by the way he went down just seemed to me it was serious and there’s so many ligaments around there he could be out a while.
