Ironic that they sacked Silva after losing 24 league games out of 60 (40% win rate) and Lampard's lost 24 league games out of 44 (27.3% win rate) and Silva's currently 7th in the Premier League.

Don't know who would be in a hurry to appoint him. Failed to get Derby promoted when he was backed by Mel's millions, took Chelsea backwards (and before anyone says "Transfer embargo" Tuchel came in and won the Champions League with the same players Lampard had) - Rudiger didn't get a look in with Lampard and yet he was one of Chelsea's best players under Tuchel. Now he's left Everton in a worse state than he found them in. As a player you won't see a better midfielder - certainly not in terms of goals and assists. But great players rarely if ever make great managers -and for me Lampard is a bang average manager at best
