Welcome back, the board is better with you around!

Couldn't agree more about Hume and Neil, they've both been candidates for MOM in the last 3 or 4 league games. Both are looking like they could make the step up to Premier League level in the next 18 months.

Great stuff I'll empty my balls before going to sleep watching this.
I'm still absolutely buzzing and have about 20 Facebook friends deleted me after today haha.

These Boro are clearly suffering from the acid rain falling on them in Teesside…It’s hard to imagine opposing fans write s hite like this.

Ironically I see him as a Michael Carrick type player going forward.

Watched the TM post match interview yesterday and been thinking I could sit and listen to him talk football for ages.
The way he enthuses about the youngsters under his charge is quite uplifting, he really is a football person and not the dour manager I for one thought we were getting.
I never doubted his ability, just thought he might be another Moyes when dealing with the players, how wrong was I.
I know he's got his detractors and that's fair enough, he's been hampered by injuries from day one but he's found a way of keeping us in the mix for the playoffs.
Our football is exciting to watch, and I look at the young players and think they're just going out to have a bit of fun playing football.
I put that down to one man Tony Mowbray, well done him.

Great to see you back Fella , and judging by the response I,m not alone. But now that Dan Neil is showing everybody what a treasure he is, I kept wanting you to take a bow for your steadfast support, <applause>

I agree with most of what you say but I think there is more than just TM, it feels to me like everything is better, more fun, more enjoyable, there seems to be an atmosphere of 'we can do it, do it for each other, and enjoy doing it'. That comes from the top down and very importantly from the fans as well!
