Glad you posted that as I was thinking it was just mine. Having said that Saintsplayer had turned off comments on the chat line which is normal when they have a problem

 

It came back up for the added time in Liv v Che, although it didn’t improve either of the teams…

3. Some of the streams on that list may produce a popup. Twice. Then the stream will load. Those same streams every ten mins or so will stop. Click on the play button a couple of times so a pop up appears a couple of times then the stream will restart; they haven't broken, it's a revenue generator for them. You don't get something for nothing.
