I expect to get someone jump down my throat for this but... Ings really is a waste of potential and career. If he'd never gone to Liverpool he'd probably had a better career. He's not had a great selection of clubs and the move to Villa wasn't really aww inspiring. The fact that he's dropped down to a relagation threatened West Ham pretty much says it all.
