The only positive I can see from this is that we might not put off leaving midfield re-enforcement plans until the summer. Howe previously said that injuries might dictate our activities in the transfer market in January. Compared to 12 months ago, I think that we're less dependent on Bruno on getting results, though we can't dress up the fact that he'll be a miss.
The ultimate clowns would be the ones who left any planning until after the semis and found everything fully booked. Much better to plan ahead and cancel if necessary (which is a little more likely to be needed now that Bruno will probably be out).
Anyway, one of us should probably be around in case Trev needs any help remembering where his room is, or popping his teeth back in!
It will be funny if the Southampton turd finally flushes. their manager will be crying loads when we sign some more players this window I reckon.
We expect to have Bellingham onboard by then. Would have rather he was replacing Longstaff but think the two of them can work together in the meantime.
