Fully agree, he's performed over and above expectations and seems to be an excellent character, as well as being a true home grown talent.
100% should stay as a coach, done great in his year back home and clearly loves and gets the club as any local would. Do feel he is benefitting from BigSvenBotman next to him but take nothing away from him he's been brilliant.
